Instead of overwhelming dashboards, the tool delivers a clean, actionable report generated in seconds and sent directly to the user’s inbox.

Solution

We built a comprehensive audit pipeline that evaluates a website across six dimensions: SEO, performance, accessibility, UX and conversion readiness, technical structure, and code quality. The tool pulls data from Lighthouse, PSI, SEMrush, Puppeteer, and custom scanners, then passes the results to a GPT-4o inference engine that turns complex findings into simple, actionable insights.

The PDF report offers a prioritized scorecard with explanations and recommendations tailored to the site being analyzed.

Development Process

We began by defining the six categories that the audit needed to measure. After validating the data sources, we built the scanning engine that runs Lighthouse and Puppeteer in a controlled environment, retrieves SEO and backlink data, and measures accessibility and technical metrics.
We then designed the scoring logic to standardize output across different types of sites. The AI summarization layer was built next, using strict prompting and safety bounds to ensure consistent and accurate summaries.
Finally, we created a PDF generation flow and automated email system that delivers results instantly. The project was completed in roughly 90 days.
