We built a repeatable website system for the Engel & Völkers Nova Scotia team that enables rapid rollout of branded advisor websites. Each site includes core real estate functionality like listings, contact forms, and tools, while allowing for scalable customization.

Solution
We created a fast, scalable website system with a CMS backend, component library, and auto-adapting layouts. Every site includes MLS integration, a mortgage calculator, and CRM tools. Our system adapts design elements based on how many listings an advisor has, ensuring no site ever feels "empty."

Tech Stack
A modern, performant stack built with Next.js and React to ensure fast loading, SEO-optimized pages. Tailwind CSS was used for a clean, responsive design system, and Framer Motion added micro-interactions and animations to elevate user experience.

Development Process
We spent 90 days building the advisor site system, from core UI components to CMS architecture and dev pipeline. Once complete, we could launch new advisor sites within 2–3 weeks each. We used Figma for design, Jira for dev tracking, and included internal testing protocols to ensure consistency.
